Every year, we measure employee engagement by conducting a global survey and we develop initiatives and action plans to continuously foster an engaging workplace environment.

Communities
Tragic flooding in Brazil
Southern Brazil was hit by torrential rains, resulting in flooding in multiple cities and causing widespread damage. Our teams in Brazil joined forces to support those in need. They managed to collect non-perishable food, bottles of water, mattresses, bed and bath linen, winter clothes, blankets, personal hygiene products, cleaning products, dog and cat food, as well as cash donations to buy cleaning products and help restore homes where possible.
Environment
Septodont’s Environment Challenge
Septodont’s Environmental Challenge is an internal initiative designed to encourage employees to suggest initiatives to help the company accelerate its response to environmental challenges. Forty-seven individual and collective contributions were gathered from our different sites. Interviewed by a dedicated committee, five winning teams were given the resources to implement their projects.
Communities
Solidarity buses
Developed in partnership with various associations in six European countries, these buses equipped with professional dental care trays allow volunteer dentists to reach vulnerable populations to provide cost-free dental care.
